Allergens

I am very interested in food and the way it plays a role in our physical health, mental health, culture, and societal stereotypes. Growing up in a family of doctors gave me the insight that most children never get. Navigating my celiac disease diagnosis at age five helped me understand food on an even deeper level. As I prepare to study health, I want to use this project to combine my intellectual curiosity and artistic abilities.
